The most important aspect of a hit record is the song!
The song must be properly recorded from every aspect: engineering, arrangement, musicial performance, vocal performance, mixdown, mastering, etc.

Over the years, I have received thousands of tapes and CD's from aspiring musicians, songwriters and singers. Many of these tapes had songs that I thought had "hit" written all over them. However, the CD didn't have the chance of a snowball in hell - because the production was poor, the mix was bad, and the musicianship was mediocre. Therefore, as great as the song was, there was no way it could compete on the radio.

Having a great song is paramount to a hit record - but it doesn't stop there. The production has to be excellent from every standpoint, to compete with today's hitmakers.

Radio programmers and music directors are keenly aware of production values. If your production does not stand up to the rigorous standards of the music that is played on America's nearly fourteen thousand radio stations, then you simply don't have a chance!!!

Here is where our services come in. Instead of going to a basement studio, trying to save a few bucks - instead of rounding up your friends and a few relatives to play on your session - and having your uncle (who works at Goodyear) produce it, it is far cheaper in the short run and in the long run, to do it in a thoroughly professional manner.

Cincinnati has been a hotbed of musicians, recording studios, background singers, singers, song-writers, producers, engineers, etc. for the last fifty years. Cincinnati is given little credit for being the outstanding music city that it is. Over the years, there have been over five hundred chart records, all of them from Cincinnati.

If you want even a "fair-chance" to get your song on the radio, then it must be produced properly. The way to do that is to hire the very best studio musicians, and use a world-class studio with a world-class engineer, and a producer who has a stack of hits to his credit. That's where we come in.
