Replication, Manufacturing and Fabrication

So your recording project is finally finished! Whether it's a one song CD single or a full blown album with ten or twelve songs, it's now time to get it replicated.

There are two ways you can do it. The first way is to try to save a few dollars... very few dollars - and do everything yourself. You can have your brother-in-law who is an artist or your other brother-in-law who is a photographer (remember, from our book "Just For the Record", there is an artist and photographer in every family in the world) take your pictures. If you take that route, you're going to end up with something that looks exactly like it came from your brothers-in-law or your pals. If you want to do it in a thoroughly professional manner and you're going to compete with the professionals, your project has to look every bit as good as theirs. If your project sounds great, then shouldn't it look great also?

It is hard to find replication plants that offer quick and efficient service with a full guarantee. Fortunately, you have found us! We specialize in replicating CD's, manufacturing cassettes, and even offer vinyl record pressing for our many clients.

To start the process, we'll need your master tape which should be a DAT or a master CD. If it is not enhanced, we can send your project to a mastering lab that will make it sound ten times better. After we have your final master, the next step is to work with one of our many award-winning artists to give you the most commercial product available. After our artist puts together a rough draft using your ideas and photos, we will send it to you by e-mail, FAX or FedEx. After you make the corrections, the artist will redo the original and we'll get it to you for final approval.

In addition to designing your insert, tray card and other information, our artists can also design your own label for you, based on the information that you supply. After your final approval of the artwork, the manufacturing stage takes approximately fourteen working days. We handle all paper work and legalities regarding anti-piracy forms, publishing information, etc.

The advantage of working with us is that you do not do business with a huge warehouse type plant where you are constantly talking to different people. It's no fun to talk to Judy on Monday, Mark on Wednesday, Ralph on Friday, and then the following Monday get information to press 1 through 50 for your various needs. There is always somebody here at PFC. If I am not here personally, you can leave a message on the answer phone, and I'll get back to you immediately, usually within an hour. Our service is fast and efficient and you get the finest product available.

When it comes to CD manufacturing, whether it is in bulk or a full-blown 16 panel, or a 24 page booklet, there is no one who can beat us for quick, reliable, efficient service. There are so many variables that we cannot give prices here. But if you are interested in working with us, I would appreciate the opportunity to hear from you.

Our artwork ranges from conservative to right on the "edge", as you'll see by the samples shown here. Make it easy on yourself. Give me a call: 513-574-0610. I'll give you a price which is competitive with all the major "warehouse type" operations and you'll be doing business with me, personally, on a daily basis.

Here are several samples of recent CD manufacturing we've done for our clients and what they are saying about us:

Testimonials

"I've done business with the big guys who advertise in all the music magazines and it was a nightmare trying to get the job finished. Between working with a half-dozen people in five different departments, and being held hostage on the telephone, it took twelve weeks to get my product, not to mention several mistakes that had to be corrected before the product arrived. Never again, I said. I have done four albums with PFC, and everything has run super-smooth. It was less than 30 days and I had my product."
Steve Free ASCAP Award Winning Singer-songwriter Portsmouth, Ohio
